A task app with an AI assistant — built so that you never have to trust us with your data.

What it does

• Your tasks, projects and notes, in lists you shape: deadlines, repeats, steps, labels, fields of your own, and saved views such as “Now”.
• An assistant you talk to. Tell it what you need in your own words. It files tasks, sorts your inbox, and plans your day — and every change it suggests is a card you approve. Nothing changes on its own.
• Your calendar, if you want it. Connect Google Calendar and the assistant can see your schedule, tell you when you are free, and plan tasks around your events. Adding an event is always a card you approve first.
• Capture by voice with Siri, straight into your inbox.
• Bring your tasks in from Todoist.

Private by design

Your data lives in your own end-to-end encrypted room, and its key stays on your device. We run no server that stores your data, and we cannot read it. A Google Calendar connection is held inside a verified hardware enclave; its tokens never reach your device or us. Read the Privacy Policy for the details.

Google user data

Keepwarden uses Google Calendar data only to show you your schedule, to let the assistant plan around it, and to add or change events you approve. Keepwarden's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
