Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Keepwarden, made by Tomer Shtern, an independent developer (support@keepwarden.app). By using Keepwarden you accept them. How your data is handled is in the Privacy Policy.
An early version
Keepwarden is in early development. It is free while it is, and features may change, move or be removed. Use it knowing that it is new.
Built on Witbitz
Keepwarden runs on Witbitz, which provides the rooms, the sign-in and the assistant's platform. Using Keepwarden also means using Witbitz, under Witbitz's terms.
Your content, and your keys
- Your content is yours. We claim no rights in it, and we cannot read it.
- Your room's key and your restore link are yours to keep. They exist only on your devices and wherever you saved the restore link. If you lose every copy, no one — not us, and not Witbitz — can open your room again. Keep your restore link somewhere safe.
- You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. Keep access to that email address.
The assistant
- It can be wrong. It is an AI model: it can misread, miscount or misunderstand. Check what matters.
- It proposes; you decide. Every change it suggests is a card, and nothing changes until you approve it. What you approve is your decision.
- Do not rely on it alone for decisions with legal, medical, financial or safety consequences.
Connections
If you connect an outside service such as Google Calendar, Keepwarden reads it when the assistant needs to, and changes it only after you approve a card that shows the change. That service's own terms apply to your use of it. You can disconnect at any time.
Using it fairly
Do not use Keepwarden to break the law or to harm others; do not try to break its security or Witbitz's, to reach other people's data, or to overload the service. We may stop providing it to anyone who does.
No guarantees
Keepwarden depends on services we do not run — Witbitz, the AI model's provider, Cloudflare, Google. It may be interrupted, and it may change or end. If it is going to end, we will say so in the app in advance where we can.
To the extent the law allows, Keepwarden is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any loss that comes from using it or from being unable to — including lost or incorrect data, missed tasks or events, or decisions made with the assistant's help.
The law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the consumer-protection law of your own country gives you and does not let you give up.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version will be published here with a new date. Using Keepwarden after that means accepting it.
